HARROUN, P.C. was founded by Charles R. Harroun to provide concentrations of collection law, foreclosure and bankruptcy law services to credit unions.
We have developed and utilize technology, with a team of dedicated staff members, to provide your credit union Online Legal Action Requests and File Status on each matter with current activity reports and PACER Court Documents. Credit Union personnel save time and are able to view legal file activity on-demand, without time-consuming telephone calls or faxes.
We strive to make a difference in the current response time that you receive for the same legal services, while also decreasing the amount of time from onset of a collection suit or foreclosure to entry of Judgment or Sheriff Sales.
Charles R. Harroun received a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1980 and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Kalamazoo College in 1977. Mr. Harroun has been licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan since 1980.
Mr. Harroun has more than 30 years of representing Credit Unions in their legal matters with legal experience including representation of State and Federally Chartered Credit Unions in trial litigation and Bankruptcy, Collections, Foreclosures, Home Equity Mortgage Programs, and Compliant Documents. Mr. Harroun also writes and publishes the Credit Union Legal Newsletter.
